D.   Severability; Interpretation.  If any provision of those Phrases, or any Supplemental Phrases, is for any explanation considered invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable by a court docket or arbitrator of proficient jurisdiction, then that provision will be considered severable from these Conditions or the Additional Conditions, and the in
